♡ Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
♡ If your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM INSTEAD?

At the moment we do not accept exchange requests due to limited stock.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

* If shipping fees were paid at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
